Sheet A-01 — Profile

An enterprise legal leader, drawn at scale

With over 20 years of legal leadership across Europe and the Middle East, I specialise in the intersection of global corporate strategy and complex regulatory environments.

As a senior executive within a multi-billion-euro global healthcare group, my mandate extends beyond legal counsel into corporate architecture for parts of the Group's international footprint — currently leading Corporate & International Legal Affairs and reporting to the Group General Counsel, with whom I help co-drive the evolution of our legal function into a high-impact global business partner.

My approach rests on three pillars: fiduciary leadership as a supervisory board member and co-general manager of investment and holding entities; global transformation, having pioneered the Group's Legal Operations framework; and strategic execution, aligning legal strategy with Finance, M&A, and ESG goals.

I believe today's legal leaders must be business leaders first — and I write, teach, and speak regularly on legal innovation, governance, and the shift toward proactive, value-based legal leadership.
